Today I had the pleasure of talking to Animal Behaviourist Mr Andrew Hale. I found the conversation fascinating and it also opened my eyes. We as groomers must look at the signs we are given by the dogs we groom and ask ourselves are we doing whats in the best interest for them. Andrew makes clear the meaning of the word consent when used by groomers. This is a very open and interesting chat .
