Jeanne Shen - AI Reseach in Pathology at Stanford University

On this episode we had the pleasure to speak with Jeanne Shen, assistant professor of pathology at Stanford University. Jeanne started to engage in doing AI research within pathology after being introduced to Andrew Ng. Her initial motivation to start with AI as she claims, was getting more efficiency out of her work within pathology. 

Together with Jeanne we are diving deeper into the wider spectrum of pathology and GI research and the massive potential for applying AI.

Jeanne also shares her perspective on the Bio startup landscape and the exciting things she has been observing and what founding teams need to take into account when tackling massive challenges.
