Dirk Ramhorst is a pioneer within the german corporate world. He started out as the first Chief Digital Officer of a German DAX company in 2013 at BASF.
Currently he is the CDO and CIO of the chemical company Wacker with an annual revenue of almost €5 billion. Together with Dirk we talk about the role of a CDO in accelerating transformation and innovation inside organizations. Dirk talks about how he structured the digital strategy for Wacker and what he has learned from pioneering as a CDO.
