For episode 167, we welcomed back Crystal Brolik Stokes (2x guest) and Marcus Torgerson (5x guest) to the show! Crystal was an SGT in the United States Marine Corps, spending 11 years serving her country. This included (2) tours in Iraq and (1) in Kuwait, as well as being a MCMAP Instructor. She is also a professional football player and fighter. Marcus is an internationally known Krav Maga expert and instructor who studied under Master Avi Moyal. He has spent 20+ years as a club security expert.
