Our 27th talk brought together two previous guests: Barry Kerch, who is the drummer for platinum selling rock band, Shinedown, and Keith Cooke, who is a five-time World martial arts grand champion, member of the Black Belt Hall of Fame, and actor! You would be familiar with Keith's role as "Reptile" in the Mortal Kombat movie and as the main henchmen in Beverly Hills Ninja!

We all had a blast during this sit down, which included topics such as fitness, comparing boxing to drumming, Wushu, Wing Chun, and the mental & physical endurance it takes to become number one and to maintain that drive! Some great stories were shared as well!
