Some people will tell you that you have to take care of yourself above all else and I disagree. I believe you have to take care of yourself along with others.
If you only ever take care of yourself. You’re losing out on many opportunities and self-care becomes your monarch.
Care for yourself so you can be your best.
This episode addresses the number one thing that limits people in their career.
