Episode description

Employee turnover sucks.

But it doesn’t have to…in fact, it doesn’t even have to be a thing.

I like to think of it as opportunities for all parties. When someone leaves:

  1. That person gets a chance to be in a different and better position.

  2. A new person gets a chance in the vacant role.

  3. The company gets a new perspective.

I’m not saying there aren’t some bad things but I am saying that it can be good.

Either way, you don’t want a lot of people leaving and new people coming in faster than they can be trainined.

This is why a generous workplace culture is so valuable. It will retain great people and attract them if needed.

This episode will address the reasons (the real ones) people leave your company.

Have a generous rest of your week. 😀
