Greg Cangialosi On How to Build a Startup Ecosystem [ Video ]

Greg Cangialosi, cofounder of Betamore and managing member of the Baltimore Angels, knows a lot about startups.  His experience includes both entrepreneurship and investing. Greg started a company in 2001, ran it for 10 years, and made a successful sale of the company.

After a brief hiatus, he decided it was time to jump back into the startup scene. But, Greg discovered that this scene was lacking, so he decided to work on filling the holes in Baltimore’s startup ecosystem.

In the video below, Greg discusses all of the elements and layers that need to come together to create a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem. Then, he gives us an overview of what is happening on the ground in Baltimore right now, as it relates to this new startup ecosystem he is working so hard to nurture.
