When shopping for clothes we use the verb Cerco (I am looking for.....) and desidero (I want....) for example cerco un pantalone, desidero una camicia bianca. Colour adjectives change according to the gender of the noun, for example una maglia nera, a black jumper, however some colour adjectives never change, for example una gonna verde
