When asking for means of transport you can respond with "yes there is one" (si, ce n'è uno). 'Uno' is referred to the means of transport as they are all male nouns, hence why 'uno' ends in-o and not in -a. And the actual sentence means "yes there is one of 'them'", so you don't have to repeat what you're talking about.
