A tech-optimist through and through, she is pushing Europe to become a global leader in AI. Her impressive background in business and econometrics, academia and politics (she was even running to become a candidate for the European Parliament) has equipped her well to tackle the dual PhD problem, translating between highly specialised talents to make innovation happen.
