How often and overlooked is the path of least resistance? Position yourself where the work comes in, minimum effort and max return.

1. Existing clients e.g. facility managers or building managers in body corp. How? Networking (we hate that word!)
2. When you start a business you expect a welcoming parade of clients. That’s not how it works. You need to call, go for coffee (go for a beer?)!
