If you’re underprepared it can be very stressful. A complete bloodbath of double handling and micro managing you may say.
On the other hand if you wait for everything to be perfect you will never do anything.
Either way though, you need some excellent people in the office aka the engine room.
No wonder our first commandment is “The Money Is Made Or Lost In The Office”.
