Here’s what we believe you should set your sights on this year:
-a market wage (ie what you could earn at another company) + a net profit of 20%
-a consistent + predictable flow of good quality work with good quality clients
-consistent + predictable working hours
-make the company an asset which collects other assets
-the power of choice (ie stay, sell, scale etc)
