I have been thinking about everything I’m grateful for. He estado pensando en todo por lo que estoy agradecido. When I want to complain, I think about the suffering of others. Cuando quiero quejarme, pienso en el sufrimiento de los demás. Then I remember that my life is actually very good. Entonces recuerdo que mi vida es realmente muy buena. I have a lot to be thankful for. Tengo mucho por lo que estar agradecido. My family loves me, and I have many friends.

Mi familia me ama y tengo muchos amigos. I know that when I’m feeling sad, I can reach out to a friend. Sé que cuando me siento triste, puedo comunicarme con un amigo. My friends always help me to put things into perspective. Mis amigos siempre me ayudan a poner las cosas en perspectiva. Sometimes it helps to look at things from a different point of view. A veces ayuda ver las cosas desde un punto de vista diferente. Then we can see all the good there is in the world.
