In this third episode, Denis chats with Lisa Holmes from The Yoga Loft Carrickfergus. Lisa & Denis discuss opening a yoga studio in a small, costal, commuter town on the outskirts of Belfast where her passion for yoga inspired her build a yoga community that can serve as many local people as possible. We chat about the heart of the Yoga Loft (the students), gathering together as a community, communicating with each other, her unique approach to social media toward the promotion of The Yoga Loft and more.
