This week we're joined by Fran Harrison. Fran is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Kentucky. She is trained in Trauma-Focused CBT, Alternatives for Families CBT, and Race-Based Trauma treatment. Fran also trains staff at her mental health agency on trauma-related topics, including ACEs, racial trauma, and self-care.
