Episode description

On this episode I discuss a viral tweet that from black twitter that pertained to an IG vid Tyler Perry made where he showed all the scripts he wrote by himself in 2019. The tweet mentioned the fact that Tyler fired writers in the past because they sought union representation. The tweet accused him to have been known to not follow union rules. The tweet goes on to say, "part of the reason he's the sole writer on his projects is because he's not tryna pay other writers for their work. But, you know, "Black Excellence." In a matter of 36 hours this tweet received 40,000 likes and 10,000 retweets. The twitterverse weighed in on the matter and there was a lot of negativity directed at Tyler. He seems to guilty of being a write supremacist.I weigh in on the topic... Be enlightened, be inspired, be empowered!
