We weigh our options to step in and defend ourselves and others versus staying out of any confrontation due to the probability of automatically being treated as the aggressor when the police show up as they respond to the scene. Not having the complexion for the protection might make a brotha think twice. Also, we discuss what we can do to strengthen what's left of the black community in Portland...
