Episode description

Hue knows is framed as narrated conversation with some of the greatest Black American voices of the 20th century. I will be taking excerpts of speeches and/or conversations from many Black American thought leaders that made a great impact on our culture from the 60’s - 80’s. I will be “speaking” with folks like Nikki Giovanni, James Baldwin, Angela Davis, Martin Luther King Jr, Frances Cress Welsing, Amos Wilson, Malcolm X, Neely Fuller Jr, Muhammad Ali, etc. On this episode I am listening and reacting to Malcolm X field questions after a speech he gave at the University of California in Berkeley. They touched on the separation of the black and white races, potential land allocation for black americans, the demonization of white liberals, truly following Islam, white immigrants, and black politicians,,, Be enlightened, be inspired, be empowered!
