In this episode of our series highlighting different career paths, Dr. Sibia Ranjbar, a healthcare consultant from northern Iran, revisits her past, and discusses her experience being one of the few female engineers growing up in Iran. She reveals the struggles that come with being the minority in her field of work, as well as how she was able to combat these struggles. Dr. Ranjbar also gives advice to all the young females out there who are entering the male-dominated STEM field.
