Episode description

Host: Dr. Susan Buttross, Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, and Jay White

Topic: For those of you who have listened to this show in the past have heard me say that talking, reading and singing to young children helps to build healthy brains. Well, there is growing evidence indicating that we can actually keep our brains healthy and even build new pathways and produce new brain cells  by doing a few simple things. It’s never too late or too early to incorporate healthy habits. Today on Relatively Speaking we’ll be talking about how you can help your brain stay healthy and maybe even turn some negative things around.
