Think about it: Change is hard. We all hear that and believe it, yet every year, many of us vow that we’ll make some changes in our lives and then a few weeks later, we end up back in the same old rut. Why? Because change does take an effort. Today, Dr. Susan Buttross, Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, talks about change and why it is so difficult but how you can succeed in making changes happen.
