Episode description
In fall of 2023, San Juan County transitioned to a 32-hour work week for county employees.
It was meant to keep the county within its budget while staying conscious of the cost-of-living in San Juan.
One year later, the county released a check-in report based on resident and employee feedback. So, how’s the new system working out?
San Juan County Manager Jessica Hudson joined Soundside to give us insights into what the county discovered.
