In this episode, composer George Lewis talks about his work "Merce and Baby" released on Ensemble Dal Niente's album "Confined.Speak", released on New Focus Records in 2021. The title of the work refers to the 1946 Merce Cunningham show "Fast Blues" and its music by drummer Baby Dodds.
