And on top we have back, Jenry Russell, Alan Polia, DP and Daniel So a bit different than when the last time we saw Kansas City a

month and a half ago. But let's let's talk about Seattle. Brad Marcus Battle start with you. A couple of changes for Ryan Schmester today because of injuries, because of availabilities. We'll get to that in a little bit. Well, what are your thoughts on what Schmenser puts out today? Well, you gotta do what you gotta do in these moments you get hit with injuries.

That's why you have a deep lineup, and you've got guys that have experience in read and obviously Alex has become a player that can play multiple positions. He's a midfielder in college and then went to right back, and he's savvy enough to understand the left back position as well. He might not be left footed, but he's capable left back. And now Reid has a good open cup and he's rewarded with a start tonight on the as a right back,

so I'd look for him to have a good game. Sit at home, you're probably not going to see the same exact attacking prowess as our outside backs normally have. That'll be one to watch tonight. Marcus Um. Well, you know everyone was talking about what a terrible game last week was, and you know, but sometimes you need those those nil nil draws away from home, you know, when things aren't going you're well and you still get a result and you find yourself the Sounders in first position. So I like

the way everything's going this year. It's it's been fantastic and now it's just a test again for this squad, the depth of it. And because it's a long season, we've had, you know, a lot of games last year, a lot of missing players. Man, can we use our players into the best position? Alex Roldan switching from the right to the left. Normally I don't like that, but now you've got a young kid playing in there. Put him in his more comfortable position. Alex Roldan does have that

experience. And then that like Reagan and jaymar in the back have been super solid all season. Has been great to watch them. And then you know, Morris has been on fire so and I'd love to watch Aber. He just watching him now warm up right, He's just so smooth. You know, He's puts themselves in good positions. And it's not over trying to strike the ball. He's just smashing our goal. I'd love it. I mean, I want to talk about a couple of things. You mentioned that.

The first thing is having Reid Baker Whiting started his more comfortable spot at right back as opposed to putting the young kid out on the left and keeping Alex Roldan and his established right back position there. And we'll go around the room, Digo, We'll start with you thought on that choice and also the other point Marcus talked about with a bear, a bear playing in the pocket underneath

Jordan today. Your thought on those two moves there, Yeah, I think first one, it's just that the runs that Schmitzer has with Alex right and he played, he can play different positions right, either left or right, and I think that's he earned that over the last season. I'd like to see ever moras you know, holling number ten during Morris against the opportunity. He scored four goals against Kansas seat in last game, so I think he

deserves to beating that ninth spot. I'd like to see Ever that that combination, in particular on top with with Morris and obviously seeing Leo chu what he did last time against the Sporting Kansas City with with Morris sometimes. Yeah, I think I think Alex's role is like in to buy role with the team, right it was a steady guy who could play multiple positions, and then you afford the opportunity to other guys in their more comfortable position to step in

and get experienced. So I like to move. It's probably exactly what I would have done, especially since Kellen's out and knew who's out. You don't want to field someone out there that doesn't have any experience, and so that's that's kind of the cards that you're dealt right now for the Sounders. Yeah, good points, guys, And maybe Schmiz just doesn't know the difference between the roll damn boys because they're they're all super verse of all right. We

used to do that with Christian all the time. We play him wherever, and and now Alex he's able to step up as well, and you know, I love that. And Brad was mister versatility that whole time we were here. He was always playing somewhere else. I hear him like he'd be cussing out somebody in the locker room and just pissed, and because he was. Now he oh, I gotta go play right back, and I go, dude, you're closer to me. The one position he hasn't played his

goalkeeper, I think, and he might. He might have done that. You've probably stepped in there once or twice and slay practices. I do play, and I'm nice sing goalkeeper. Sometimes I have a blinder. We need to bring back the MLS All Star Game with a goalkeeper versus yeah, that's

right, you two face up. We'll see. So I think this team they need to show something else, right, especially against the Sounders, and especially after listening four to one in the last matchup back there in Kansas City. So I think Peter and Me's Noah said that this game is really really important because if they listen in ambigue fashion, then you know, Peter and mess even job could be in jeopardy, right, yeah, I think. You know, I talked to Peter before the game and I said, you guys need to change something,

and I said, hopefully everyone's wearing women's underwear. Maybe you gotta do any anything they can right now to write the ship. They will do because their players, even in interviews, they don't know what's happening. So it's a team that's reeling. So it's up to the Sounders to get on top of them. But you know, like we said, it's it's their dps, it's Polido. Can he can he provide a scoring prowess. That's why I think Jackson's role tonight is so important. Marcas this huge banana skin,

right, That's that's what's out here. If the Sounders don't come out in the first five minutes and just bury them, right, it's gonna give them hope because of Brad mentioned earlier we were talking and he goes, eventually, you know, streaks, they have to end, right, and it just cannot end here tonight. what's the They've been really focused on this team. They know that this team hasn't scored many goals. They've been struggling all year. But you can't let that affect you. And you've got to actually start a little bit quicker, a little bit brighter, and just put them under pressure. Absolutely, getting

the first goal in this dad game is massive for the Sounders. I like the way you guys are going all young players, so I'm gonna go with Jordan Morris, who was a young player when I was playing with him. His coming back from his two ACL injuries. He's come back this year, He's answered a lot of critics, and he's scoring tons of goals. Tonight

he needs to put a stamp on that and score some more. And we really put a stamp not only on his comeback from his injury, but his stamp on the position here at the Student. The club record four goals when the Sounders were down in Kansas City. Repeating anything close to that today would would be big for a win. I'm going to Redbaker Whiting obviously, you know, big start here and big opportunity for Reid Baker Whiting, the young

kid, local kid getting the start at right back. He's in a comfortable position. So after a great open cut performance a couple of weeks ago against San Diego, expect good things at a rebaker Whitey day Marcus, and I think, I think if he shines, a future could be bright, even brighter for him. Yeah, man, I love I love the young guys

who are getting chances to play here on this team. Right and Schmetz is one of those managers who doesn't put a lot of pressure on him right giving him the best opportunity for success right, not you know, putting him in his favorite position right back, making Alex rolldown play on the left, which he's more than capable of figuring that out. I'm not sure how he's going to attack today because as that right footed player, you always want to come

in, so he's not gonna be able to give it that with. But how that role plays out, is he gonna be asked, Is Reid gonna be asked to stay home more or get forward more and then have Alex sit because he's probably not gonna be able to give that with upfront and let Leo Chu do that on the left side. So It's going to be interesting how this this half plays out time. We'll talk about that not only in the half time but also in postgame how that exactly plays out. That's the voice

that's and that's how that works. It's because the team is just not all there, right, they're not firing on all cylinders. But it's it's just tiny little things. And you know what, I hope he's reminding people, Hey, we gotta win our headers. We gotta win our individual duels. Look, some days your touches are there, the final boarders are there, but the effort is always there, should be there, and I felt in the two Spoint Kansas City goals it wasn't a usual intensity defensively that we see from the Sounders, and that was a difference two big moments, two goals, and even a team that's

not playing well, it takes one game to turn their season around. Spoint Kansas City will hope this is it for them. For the Sounders Open Cup and then another Esque game. So welcome in to the post match show Jackson Folks alongside Diego Audio, Marcus Hanneman and Brad Evans. But let's head down to the field. Michelle Ludka down on the side with Stephen Fry. Thank you Jackson stuff. Obviously a difficult outcome today

and not the match you guys hope to see. How did you see it play out from your point of view? Today? A slow start for us and um, I don't know we were finding possession, but I feel like we weren't. We weren't taking any chances with with possession, and then you know when we did, we were quite sloppy and just kicking the ball out of bounce with straight through the goalkeeper and sad made for a very frustrating first

half. Second half was much better. Good morning control. But um, you know you're gonna have to put a put a full performance together if you're if you're fighting against the wounded animal, and uh, yeah, it's not a good result for us today. Tough road ahead of five five matches over

the next three weeks. How do you guys kind of take some positives away from this one and really gear up for the task at hand without many matches and that short of amount of time, specially given the injuries, sicknesses things you guys have been dealing with in a club. Yeah, reboot, move on from this quickly. I mean, see what we can do better, obviously, but but then get back on a training ground, um, you know, get get a rehab going. Like you said, we'll have a

quick turnaround. Sometimes turnarounds are good because you can forget about you can have a better showing. Um, and we have yea, with games coming fast and furious and then and we want to be able to, you know, keep taking advantage from the from the hot start, because if you if you do find yourself, you know, not taking advantage of that and kind of

relaxing and digging yourselves and a hold and all that was for nothing. So um, we want to turn around quickly and having all these opportunities just loving ahead around a corner. It's probably a good thing. Speaking of opportunities, you never want to see injuries or sicknesses, but it's been giving a lot

of younger guys opportunities to get minutes under their belts on the pitch. As a veteran, seeing that in the younger guys, what are the positives that these players can take away by just getting more experience to help your team's death overall? Great? Um, you know, we had to move a few veterans around too, you know, Alex had to move around a bunch of

times now up top as well. And really like seeing Cody come in and play very very simple but effective, you know, And that's kind of what we want to see when guys come in that they're not going to crack under the pressure and they just go back to the basics and they try to do it as well. And I saw that from him, which is great because yeah, we have Open cupcoming, we have Leake's Cup is coming. At

some point. Loss of season games, so lead games, they'll be opportunities and we'll need the depth because it's a grueling season and uh, you know, injuries will happen. People will need a break here and there, and we'll we'll be we'll need to be more deeper than eighteen. That's sure, Steph. It's never either easy to chat after a disappointing less like this. We're gonna look ahead to the busy week ahead and obviously the Sounders will have an Open Cup match on Wednesday, and then they'll also be

playing in the Houston Dynamo on the road next Saturday. So busy, busy the next six days ahead. And we'll also, I believe here a little bit from Brian Schmenzer. At the end of this post match show, we'll head down into the bottles of lumen Field and here is press conference. We should have some news we hear from from Brian Schmitzer if we can get to that later on in the postman show. But gentlemen, we have to start just by talking about that game, and we really kind of dug into it

at the halftime show about that first half. Unfortunately they weren't able to dig themselves out of the whole. So diego start with you will go Marcus Brad and just thoughts on this two to one last today to Kansas City. Yeah, I mean unexpected result and obviously we're not expecting these performance after seeing these seallow Sounders being really strong at the beginning of the season, also in the US Open Cup. So I think credit to Kansas City obviously because they came

and they came to play. I think Sounders started laying the game always. The second half improved a ton the penalty kick help, but I think I still didn't see that that team that I was expecting from Sounders today and and today it's one of those matches that you have to basically have sure memory right and get right back into the next game. And you have, as you said, Jackson, two important games ahead was Open Cup and then a game

of weight So you need to turn around quickly. Yeah, and you know that that quick turnaround is really important, you said, the short term memory, which is always great, which that's how I have so much confidence as a goalkeeper. But you also this is a good reminder of how easily, no matter how things are going, how easily you can be be even at home, right, because the Sounders didn't come out today at their full potential.

Right. We saw that, I mean, and the last kick of the game, our best player, Nico Ladero, he's a he's got a chance to swing it into the box and hits the front man. And that's that was a story of today. We didn't win headers, we didn't win second balls, and we cross a ball in and then there's no umbrella around the eighteen to have a chance. You know, everybody, everybody was just

a step behind. And you do that all over the field, right, Losing your individual battles doesn't even matter anymore, because everything else is just thrown out the window. The game plans out the window, and you've got to switch gears, and it's and it's difficult. And this is just a proof of how difficult and how close all the teams are, and how well the Sounders have started this year, right because they are in first place, and

how difficult that is to do that. And we're talking about the nil nil draw, how pointing that was. Well, this is slightly a little bit more disappointing. Yeah, I think there's always a game within a game for both teams, right. The Sounders have a game plan coming into this, and the whole week was let's get on them early, and that didn't happen. I think Kansas City would have said, hey, let's sit back,

let's see what they're gonna bring. But that was a desperate team and a coach that I think had to get a win otherwise he probably was axed after this game. There'd be no excuse after that point. So then during the week's lead up, they say, okay, well if we get a goal early, this is how we're going to play. And you saw it right

away. Kansas City was switched on. They were able to create a turnover get an early goal, and then they sat ten behind the ball and they baited the Sounders into forcing the game, which is what they got baited into, right, And like Marcus said, in the first half, the balls into the corner weren't quality enough. They were in the second half, I think, but in the first half they weren't. And then the Sounders didn't make that adjustment within the game in the first half to create enough chances.

And then in the second half, all of a sudden, we saw guys moving and shaking. Rusnak all of a sudden was playing and moving, Obed was all over the field. Well where was that in the first half? And so that's the questions that the Sounders have to ask themselves, is why why did we come out flat at home against a team that hasn't gotten to win yet. Those are the questions that have to be answered and asked.

And I'm sure that that'll be brought up in a postgame conference shortly, absolutely will if you're just joining us. Now, Brad, I want to kind of expand on one of the points he made, which was that in the second half they looked so much better, you know, where the team just wasn't waking up in the first forty five minutes, second forty five they looked much better.

Is that a product of a couple changes we saw, because we saw, you know, going into the second half that we saw a bear go up top. Jordan Moore slides off to the right. A few minutes in, you know, it was fifty seventh minute. We saw Cody Baker come in and he's you know, that gets Alex rolled on back into his comfortable right back position. Freddy Montero comes in. It was looking better in the second half, and Brattle, I'll start with you will go around the room.

A product of those adjustments or just a product of being down to nothing. Well, I think it's both. I think it's it's definitely a sense of urgency that you must play for at that point. You got to throw everything at the wall to see what sticks. But it's also goes to show you how difficult it is to play multiple positions really well, even if you're a really good player in this league. And so for Alex to come out wide right much better second half, very good in the second half, right

night and day from from the from the first half. And I thought that Cody Baker had had a great game coming in at left back. I thought that he was solid, his pass his passing was good. Yeah, he wasn't involved too much in the attack, but that's not why he was out there anyways. But I think the biggest edition was was Montero. That was the biggest game changer for me. I thought that he had a spark that

didn't happen in the first half. He was able to hold the ball, He's able to turn guys win corner kicks, free kicks, he had a couple of good crosses, his hold up play was good. And yeah, I think that was coming. We said it at a halftime that those changes needed to be made. It's a combination of both. Marcus, go ahead, this soccer. This game is hard, right, It's hard to get

the tempo back, like if you don't start off. This is why even when you know, when I was playing in England, we're playing teams like Arsenal who were like a hundred times better than us, and they have the opening kickoff, they take the ball and they lump it in the channel because it just sets the tempo for the game. Right. They could pass the ball around all day long, but they're just like, we're sticking in the channel and because it sets the tempo for the whole thing. Right, first

half, every ball no long balls went over the top. We never turned him right, And you've got to stretch teams. If you don't stretch teams right, they just keep standing up there. So I mean, you say, well, we don't want to kick the ball long and it's not pretty soccer. Well guess what. Our possession at the end of the game was sixty forty but we lost. Right, Fans go home disappointed, right, No one cares about that. They want to go home. They want to

see excitement and all that stuff. So it's just difficult to change that tempo and the game is it's kind of the anything and a desperate team like Kansas City, right, all of a sudden there things are going well right for him, an early goal and they're like, oh my gosh, we do have a chance, right, and then the Sounders can't get it back. Yeah, I think there's still a question that you know, we'll hear from

Brian later. It's the first half why they came out that way, right, especially building up to this week, and even if you know the players we're talking about, you know, Kansas City is an injured animal, but it's it's a time to you know, punch again, right, And why

it took you know, two goals and forty five minutes to react. Always either the Sounders ended up way better like they started, but I do think like it's something that they need to change it quickly, and especially you know, if it was a Kansas City it's a good team, but if it's if you are playing against even a better team, we wouldn't be talking about

two zero or two Neil right in the first half. It could be potentially more, right, So I think those questions need to be answered, and also the depth of the team also got challenged today, right with some players important players out. That's a great point. I mean, like, yeah, I don't know. I made this comment a couple of boosts over and during the game. I said, I think we've clearly figured out that Joel

Polo is maybe the most valuable player on this team. They missed Joel Polo in his force on the midfield, and this certainly the way he sets a tone in a game. You know, I think I think having him back next week and in all games forward, you know, yeah, yeah, he was certainly missed today and missing guys like Christian and Roll, and yeah, certainly this team is down a bunch of starters. So unfortunately it is

a two to one loss today to Sporting Kansas City. Um, he took medicine and he's in the process of recovering. Uh So that was the news that Brian Spencer shared, and we hope we can see Knew Who back on the field soon. But yeah, that's that's what was

from head coach Brun Spencer. Now for his full comments on today's two to one loss to Sporting Kansas City. What's head down and hear from the Sounder's head coach. Okay, we'll turn it over for questions. Jenda, go ahead please, and actually the microphone's coming around too. Sorry he's cut through. GG Okay, thanks, Just to follow up, I mean, was that you found out just recently that it was malaria, or can you give the timeline of it. I don't think I should go into the timeline.

I think that's a private matter between the doctors and knew who it just it happened. We treated it when we when we found out about it, we treated it right away. It was something that we felt we could get on top of quickly. But you know, it is a it is a serious illness, so we're being cautionary, precautionary, jendad, you have a follow up. He's definitely on the the other side of it. Like I said, the medication worked fairly quickly, and then it just becomes the you know,

the side effects of the scleen and other side effects has tired. You know, he's tired. But he's on the he's on the he's on the ends. Brian, I was disappointing. Loss Um. What do you what can you tell us about a the locker room and what your thoughts up are are in terms of the team started? Sure, obviously, Uh as a

coach, you've got to take some responsibility there. You know, when I reflect on it, the immediate reflection Mas was, you know, we made changes on both halves of the field kind of because we push Albert Alex over to the left and brought read on at the back, and then I changed the front. Guys, they're shaped or formation. Had to have to do it over again, I would have only changed one of those two components.

Either keep the front the same, move the back, maybe keep the back more solid with Alex and Cody, and then you could change the front. I think that was too many changes in the in the makeup of the team, and so I thought you you saw it. I mean, Alex wasn't comfortable over there on the left the two goals that we gave up. Uh, you know, so if I had to do it over again, I might, I might change some things. But we, you know, made

some adjustments at halftime, and I think those worked. That Montero came on, did a good job, Cody came on, did a good job. Uh, Tevis came on, did a good job, and we were close, and one more bit of quality, one more chance, Um, maybe the result goes to two two and who knows after that? Suremi, Yeah, you mentioned Cody Baker. He looked like he was pretty good out there. How would you assess him and what does what's his uh prognosis for you

know, the first team contract went on. Uh, let's not talk about the first team contract quite yet. But he's going to have another opportunity against the Galaxy and the Open Cup on Wednesday, and uh, you know you have four opportunities for the call ups. This was his second. We'll do his third for the Open Cup in Houston because we'll need support for that game as well. But look, the kids a game kid Jeremiah. He came on and did a good job against Johnny Russell, one of the better wingers

in the league. So kids got good upside. So the team seemed to have trouble playing through the midfield during that first half. In particular, there are a few misplaced passes and a couple instances of the pressure closing off passing lanes. The second half, that midfield group was still largely the same, obviously changes around them, but the trio in particular of Obed, Albert and Nico seemed to have a lot more success playing through that Kansas City midfield.

Was there anything in particular that you saw change both in the approach from your side and from Kansas City, Well, from Kansas City, it's fairly obvious. When team go up to nothing, that's why it's a dangerous lead. They just take their foot off the gas a little bit. I think they were holding on just you know, playing a little more conservative, just to hold onto the lead. As far as our tactics in the second half, yeah, we went back to Nico in the left pocket, you know,

Montero coming on in the right pocket. So subtle changes. The overall system doesn't change the people that we had in those positions in the first half. That was different, But our style of play, the way we want to

play, that stays the same. Well that Seattle Sounders head coach Brian Schmitzer and I want to continue you're listening to the postgame show following the Sounders two to want to lost a sport in Kansas City here at Loumanfield, I want to continue off one of the questions he was just talking about there, which was the changes he made the starting lineup today because of the players who weren't

available. Changes at the back, Alex going left, Reid going on the right, changes the front morst of the top, a Baron Ladero below him. Brian says that you're going back. He would he wouldn't have done that. He would have done done things differently. Do you think no answer for all you guys did you go to start with you? Do you think that that the coaching staff Brian was doing a little bit too much with all the

changes. Definitely, I mean he didn't accept it right like Ryan after the game, and especially playing against the Kansas City that that you have, they had older starters, right the players that designated players were also starting. And if you play against a team, even though the circumstances of playing Kansas Cities, but they know how to play and they they're in position is definitely you know harder and I think you're playing players out of position. Definitely, it

was just too much. Um you know, I could see that if it was like an US Open Cup game, but especially against the Kansas City that needed that win. Yeah, it was something that you know for the future needs to change that Marcus, what do you think about his comments? Are well, if you look at the results, sure, but that doesn't change the fact that you know, at the beginning of the game we were talking about the players to watch, let's watch young players. Well, those are

older players who let us down our experienced players. They didn't put in a shift today. No headers won, right, I mean very you know you were talking about to look at that number. Yeah, we don't want to see that. But we didn't win a header, right, We didn't win the ball. Stephen Fry ping the ball out Nico Laedero and it just bounced off him, you know, and like and he just loses the ball.

And you know, it's those little situations where it's just trying to get that momentum back, right, and our good players didn't didn't take us through that. But it's that work right, right, that probably wasn't there today. And guys, you know when you um, when you do that in the game, it's hard to switch gears right because you're thinking about, oh,

okay, this is why it was a banana skin game. We talked about this before, right, all of a sudden, you're playing a team at the bottom and you think at home, it's gonna be easy, We're gonna pass the ball around and just doesn't happen. Yeah. If I mean, if I'm a coach, I'm looking at their starting lineup. I know that Johnny Russell's going to start on the right. I would probably put Alex at left. Back too, my more experienced player going up against you know,

arguably one of the best players still in our conference. He is their most dangerous players. So I think the thought there is, hey, Alex has done enough to show that he can just sit home defend, and you know, Johnny turned him on his head a number of times and showed how, you know, how and why he has so much quality. And I just don't buy that our DP or you know, a number ten can't play that role successfully in a right handed pocket or sitting as a number ten, It

doesn't change the game that much. What changed the game was the attitude. That's the only thing that changed in the second half. It's not the quality of the player that changed, or because he moved twenty yards into a different pocket. I'm not sure I buy that. So I think it was just a mentality issue going into the game, and especially in that first half, because there's no excuse to not trap a ball properly or to not hit a

ball into the correct channel with the right pace. Right. It's going to happen, of course, but you don't you're not used to seeing it in the first half like we did repetitively over and over and over, So for me, it was more mentality than it was personnel choice on the field today. We saw the mentality change in the second half and they won the second half. The mentality was different than it certainly showed. Just would have been

great if they had had that from minute one. But it is sporting Kansas City to Seattle one. Well, I think branch Metzo Ray said he wants to have a good running the US Open Cup, right, So I think they need to take this game as a good opportunity to beat the Galaxy. Galaxy hasn't had a good season so far. We know, we all know that, and I think it's it's a good opportunity to to show that, you know, the Sounders is one of the teams I want to win everything, right, So I think

the gaming, the use open up against Galaxy is really important. Right. And then with Houston, Yeah, Houston has been a good team so far, but I think they need to take first the game in midweek, Marcus, I mean Opening Cup question for the same question, but like you know, I would think if Steph and Cleveland gets the performance in the Open Cup somewhere in Carson, California, they need to have a beer ready behind the goal for when for when the victory happens, right, Yeah, when you

when you especially when you save two or three penalties after exactly. Yeah, that sounds great, right, Yeah, that's how it's supposed to happen.

One of the great memories. But the Open Cup, right, it's you know, Schmittzer wants uh like Diego said, he they want to have a good run at it, but they're also going to give a chance to the younger guys, right, And it's just fine balance between and how you balance you know, getting playing time for the younger guys the experience, right, and also resting the older guys, because we do have some older guys, and you know, the main focus is the league, right I think this

year and especially where we're sitting. You know, we're sitting in first place, you know, coming in today, So I'm sure that focus has been kind of okay, it doesn't change after this loss. This is just a good reminder of how difficult the MLS is to get a result, even at home. Yeah, I think thinks this is going to be a tricky one, but I don't We already have five people out for this game. I don't see Jo Paulo's starting in LA. I don't see Nico playing, I

don't see Jordan playing. I think you're going to see a completely mixed lineup like you did against San Diego and see what happens, especially against a Galaxy team that's reeling. But also that's now Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday, Wednesday Saturday, so you have to be really smart with minutes now, and you have to go to Houston, a team that hasn't lost that home yet. Who if they do get that victory, then they're only i think two points

behind the Sounders in the standing. So it's it's going to be an interesting a couple weeks for the Sounders, but I don't see them starting any of our real starters. I mean, Leo only played what fifty minutes tonight, so he'll probably be back out there again. So it'll be a mixed lineup, but it'll be mostly reserved players and guys that haven't played a ton this year in LA. And that's a great answer to why Leo Chu might have

come in off early today. It was because you're thinking he's gonna get another run in the Open Cup, like he played forty five against San Diego. So we'll see if he is indeed part of that lineup. But we know Cody Baker is gonna be starting in that Brian Schenzer said that in the press conference. So yeah, we'll see how they shake this thing out for Wednesday in Los Angeles and Saturday in Houston. Busy week ahead for your sounders.
