Episode description

My friend Rachel shares her very personal experience navigating through IVF solo at the age of 40. Her desire to share her story with my community touched me deeply. This conversation is FULL of heart. It's RAW and it's REAL. IVF doesn't always work and I felt called to bring conversations like these more into the open.

Rachel Lounds is based in Sydney, Australia. She is the founder and CEO of Poschology Coaching. She is a confidence and career strategist, coach and an imposter syndrome expert, who helps women overcome self-doubt and imposter syndrome to reach their career and personal goals.

In this conversation she openly shares about her years undergoing treatments with 3 rounds of IVF and the challenges she faced. We cover the gap that exists with lack of emotional support on this journey, her personal reflections on what she would have done differently, and what has supported in her in her years of healing and moving through grief,

I'm incredibly grateful for Rachel sharing her story in the hopes of helping you on your path to motherhood.
