Soul Story Club

This is the podcast that highlights the power of sharing a story and how connected we can feel just by opening up about our individual experiences. Hosts Liz Fletcher and Helen Rigby sit down for a cuppa with each guest, and find that even just chatting about what mug they have and why is a great conversation starter. This is a series full of guests who have all been on journeys of transformation in their lives, often bringing them far from where they started. This all stemmed from Helen sharing her cancer journey on Instagram and realising how much the feelings and thoughts she described resonated with people, even if they weren’t facing the same problems.
