Nigel and Frantz are two coaches from the Stanley Cup Champion Tampa Bay Lightning that you probably never heard of. Nigel is the Lightning video coach and Frantz is the goalie coach. They join the show to talk about winning the Stanley Cup and their experiences as coaches of colour. Plus, they explain how the game has changed from when they first started in hockey.
