Martin Friedman introduces Albert Gay to everyone this week. Together they dive deep into his soul focused journey and the work he has done. A big part of Albert's identity is his home in Gary, Indiana. Together Martin and Albert discuss the history and changes a city can see over time. As more people move into cities and urban areas the demographic changes. When these changes occur stigmas and tension can rise. Throughout Albert's life he has found he gets the best work done by making connections. Making genuine connections with people can only strengthen our work.
