Excited at visit right now with Sarah Manson, local comedian and she's celebrating a birthday tomorrow. We got

a big birthday party. Is your birthday actually tomorrow, Sarah? Or when is the actual birthday?

Speaker 2

It is actually tomorrow. That's why this party is so special on my real birthday.

Speaker 1

I love that. And again, a big comedy show coming up tomorrow. If people would like to join you at this comedy show, where do they get tickets? And where is the comedy show? And who's on the show? And I have so many questions I should have probably written some of these down. We'll start with this, where is the show? When is the show, and then we'll talk about the rest.

Speaker 2

Wonderful. It is an Iconlounge and dot On Gastropub, which is the bar portion where the big stages where you'll see musicians and things. There so it is. It is at Icon Lounge at eight thirty pm, so kind of right after dinner, So you can even go and grab dinner and stay for the show because it's going to be a phenomenal a hole to do. John, It's not just the comedy show. We also have a very special performance by creating in color afterwards.

Speaker 1

Nice. That's really cool. And if yes, if people would like to come to this event, do they need to get tickets in advance? Can they get the tickets tomorrow? What is the best way for them to do that?

Speaker 2

Well, the best way is probably to buy them online from Collective Efforts Union dot com. But you can I have physical tickets. You can hit me up. I can sure get the tickets to you ahead of time. We also will have them available at the door as well, So any of those options are fine, but you can get them online right now.

Speaker 1

And let's talk about who all is performing tomorrow, because this is a really fun collection of people.

Speaker 2

Yes, Oh my gosh, so I'm going to be headlining. It's going to be a completely different show than last year. So if you were at my sold out show last year, this is going to be an entirely new set and I'll be performing. There's going to be so much sparkle and glitter and pomp and circumstance. We're going to have a parade, We're gonna have balloons, We're gonna have all

that stuff. Opening for me is Adam Goode. He's a phenomenal local artist and he does art and comedy together, so he'll be showing some brand new artwork, never before seen. We also have Kerner on the show. Kerner is an amazing comic right now, Larry Brinkman Award winner. He's the regular, he's the champion at the moment, so phenomenal performer. He's got so much energy. It's going to be great. And then it's hosted by Sue Fall's funniest comic, Jacob Womack.

He won the year end competition. So this is the best of the best on this show. And then, like I said afterwards, Creating in Color, who is an amazing local group at My friend Eda, who's hosting the Stage Awards with me. She is the singer in that group, and it's singing and poetry and dance and just all of these things combined, and it's going to be a spectacular performance. They just performed at the Washington Pavilion last month.

Speaker 1

This is like twelve all in one night.

Speaker 2

It is all in one night, and it's unbelievable. And for the price of one single ticket you can see all of these amazing performers on one bill. It's going to be such an incredible show.

Speaker 1

And there's comedy, there's poetry, there's art, there's music, there's just everything you could possibly dream of and more. And it's coming up tomorrow. So if you don't have plans tomorrow, you should join us. If you do have plans tomorrow, you should change them, and you should still join.

Speaker 2

Yeah, for sure.

Speaker 1

If people would like to get tickets Sarah, where is the best place for them to go to find those?
