And this is not the first time you've done this, is it, Tanna? Yep? This is our second and second year to your poker run. And the poker run is coming up Saturday, June twenty ninth. And if people listening would like to join us, they don't have to have a motorcycle to do this,
right, Nope, it's open to all wheels. Two three four you want to drive a tank? I don't know, maybe not that whatever you're driving at eighteen wheeler And Mike, what time does everything get started on Saturday the twenty ninth, Well, it's got to start time from ten to noon Saturday the twenty ninth, and that's going to be at the Red Rock Bar and Grill in the Brandon Rowena area on Highway forty two. You can get started
there. You don't have to have our own a motorcycle any vehicle, and you don't have to tend to each and every stop if you don't wish to. But it will go up through Brandon to Courson to the bottoms up Nice and then it will go upward and then eastward to garretson to the Gulch Nice and then a little further eastward to Sherman right on the border, and then it will kind of triangulate and go up into Steve's Bar in the Bar Trent
and then it will come downward westward to shipwreck. The shipwreck which is the Lake Brand. Thanks a lot, I got to bail me out. I'm fumbling through it. I didn't know if you were or not. Yeah, So from Shipwreck on Lake Brand and then we're going to go to Critters in Crooks. The last stop is the Safarian Runner. Then we finish up at Red Rocks again, so you come back to where he started. So if there are people that come together on Saturday, the twenty ninth. Then they
go, hey, let's carpool. We could all jump into together. They could do that, and then we'll actually to your cars. We'll actually have a chairman Torno. Last year we had it. This year we'll have it again. Is a little shuttle so if people are like, we want to go, we don't necessarily want to go alone. Or if you feel like you want to have more drinks than yeah, you you know, have some drinks and have some fun. Yeah, Chairman torn will drive you around.
It'll be the So he's shuttling everybody he is. Yeah, he did it last year too. We had had it and so I see on here there's a band. We're no angels. Those guys do a great job. Yeah. Yeah, they'll be playing after the at the end. Is that right? Yep? So at Red Rock they'll play. We have it for seven o'clock. They'll start and the last hand strawn at six thirty. You do not have to go to all the stops to participate. Yeah, it's about
one hundred mile run, so for some people that's perfect. For other people it's a little bit long. But if people have other stuff, they can't make it to the thing. But they just want to come and join you for the party at the end. You do that absolutely, Yep. You can buy in then at the end too. So and and there's a I see a gun raffle. That's pretty cool. Tell Mike, tell me a little bit about the gun raffle. What kind of gun do we have here?
Yep, we're filling that up. And we're also promoting this at the Red Rock where that will take place. You get on the board. It's a special edition Glock forty. That's a very nice pistol. There'll be that, and there's some other things in the silent auction such as quarter beef. How chances to win a quarter of There'll be two quarters, yeah, two separate quarters. And this isn't just a beef and a freezer. This is South Dakota grown, South Dakota process, live off the hoof nice. That
will be available along with other prizes and auctions too. So even if you can't make the whole trip, which we encourage, Yeah, you can show up afterwards and get in on these prizes and listen to the We're No Angels band and they're really really good. It's Saturday, June twenty ninth, it's at Red Rock between the Iowa border and Sioux Falls. So it's like if you're heading to Grand Falls Casino, you drive right past it all the time, and it's a great place and it's a great place to have an event.
They've got such a cool yard there. And again this is coming up Saturday, June twenty ninth. And this money is going to stay within the county. This is for candidates of the county that are running for office. And a lot of people think I don't like politics, I don't want to get involved. Well that's fine, but think about it. Politics is involved in you. They're in your wallet.
And if we think Washington has a problem, get with your legislators and your people in South Dakota that are in your neighborhood. They're the ones that are going to shape form and change for the better. And that's what we're about in the local Minnehaha County Party. Yeah, so all this money I'll go to support conservative candidates in the upcoming general election. You're in Minnehaha County because
we're obviously it's the GOP, so we're members of the executive board. There's ten of us, so I think all of us will be there at one one or more of the stops. So you'll get to talk to your executive board and if you have any question since there you can talk to you maybe you know, hopefully we'll have some legislators this year common that would be awesome.
