It's a free event. The American Legion Post fifteen is hosting it and it will be held at the Veteran Memorial Park to twenty four West ninth Street. Scouting America from Sioux Council will be there. They've been invited to join in the ceremony to demonstrate the proper way to fold the flag. So bring your own chairs if you like. It's going to be a fun event.
