Got my beautiful bride joining me here right now, Heidi. We are just a few hours away

from the Super Falls fireworks. We are so exciting. I have gotten no less than one hundred calls and messages and emails and messages and more messages and emails asking are you guys canceling the fireworks. The answer is not yet no, And even if we do get a bunch of rain tonight, it's not cancel. It would just be moved to tomorrow night. But currently we are not planning to move anything at this point. We are very optimistically assuming yes,

that our event will go on without any issues at all. It's going to be glorious, sup Falsefireworks dot Org has the schedule and I'm going to pop that up here in just a moment here and tell you all of the things that are happening but why are we not calling at this early, Heidi? Why would we just cancel at twenty four hours a week because last year everybody jumped the gun and canceled their events and we did not. And it

was the perfect evening for the fireworks. It was perfect. Here's the thing that was really cool last year during the Sioux Falls fireworks because we had rain early in the day. I was out there setting up at the wh Line Fairgrounds. It was in the rain. It was one year ago and I was out there literally in the rain, putting up flags and I had a car load of older folks pull up eating ice cream cones. I remember that

too, and some super nice people are like, what you doing? And I said, I'm getting ready for the fireworks tonight And the guy goes, did you notice it's rain? And I said I thought I was just sweating. I said, no, it's the schedule is supposed to clear up. I think we're going to be good. He goes, you're more optimistic than me, and I said, well, I'm hoping that I'm right, and

I guess either way, we'll find out. And I was right, and we had some puddles in some places there, but it was a beautiful temperatuize it. And here was the cool thing. There was no dust, because there have been times I'm out there and I have sound equipment there and it gets all dusty, and there's times that is so hot trying to get set up and everything. It was just it was a perfect, perfect night. So we're excited to be assuming that it's going to do the same thing again.

Your share, hoping that as of right now, the fireworks are still planned for seven pm is when the event starts. Fireworks at ten pm, and like I said, if it's pouring out, then it would get moved to Friday, but we're not planning that yet because the forecast I just looked at it looks beautiful. It's getting better and better and better, and we have so many exciting things oh share. So first of all, big thank

you to our fireworks sponsors, MarketBeat dot Com and Carswap. Because of them, we're able to put on an amazing show and we call it the Sioux Falls Fireworks. That's what the event is called. But that's the very end, so let's talk about the very beginning. The gates open at seven pm. A big thank you to Grand Falls Casino and golf resort. We've got free parking and shuttles. They're free courtesy of Grand Falls, so you can park doesn't cost anything. You can get a ride all the way up to

the grand stand, all of that for free. Got more food trucks this year than we've ever had. Yes, we have, I believe eight food trucks. I know. It's pretty exciting. And the cool thing about that is that means it'll be smaller lines at all the food trucks. And one of the food trucks is actually it's a fundraiser for the fireworks. We're working with Pizza Ranch and they're bringing pizza, so it should be really quick because you hand me five bucks and we hand you pizza, and when I say

me, it won't be me, it'll be somebody else. You get a splice, yeah for five bucks, or you can get a whole pizza I think for twenty five twenty five. Yeah. So, and there's also Buffalo Gal Concessions, wonderful people, curb Side Delights. Love those guys. Kebab King first year there. Excited to work with them. Hangover Hut's been there before, Fat Kids Phillies has been there before. Family treats ice cream. They've been there for like one hundred years. They've been there for a long

time. And there's one that's missing on this list. It's a coffee trailer. I got to see what the name is and I'll make sure I get it ated on there as well. And then there's a separate tent for pepsi products and water. And then seven pm is when it all starts. And that is when the American Bank and Trust Kids area opens. And a big thank you to American Bank and Trust for stepping up and helping with that. And that is going to be super fun. Yes, he'd be a lot

of fun. You get the bouncy houses again like we always do, and we also have mister Twister. Yep, he'll be there, sponsored by many critics. You have added character artists. Yes, we've got to Hector Kyriel doing caricatures, and Jamie Werning from Holmes for Heroes. She will be the one that is sponsoring that, so a big thank you to her as well.

Seven point thirty Phil Baker takes a stage sponsored by the Sioux Falls JCS and it is the ib W Stage, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and they have been a part of this for a long time as well, and a huge thank you to them because their contribution helps us do so many wonderful things. Eight thirty I love this the Poet ethanol powered Vanguard flyover. That has always fantastic and it's so cool. Big thank you to Poet for sponsoring

that. Eight thirty pm Sunny Radio is sponsoring a band which will be there for the so the first time ever the w stage. Yeah, the brass Holes. Is that just a fun name to say. I love them. It sounds like we're saying something, but we're not. But they're going to play from eight thirty until about nine thirty, and then nine thirty we've got the presentation of colors and they're going to actually play a song while they're doing

that. And that's sponsored by Excel Energy and the American Legion does a flag retirement ceremony each year. Ninety five Joey Colombie juggling Joey he'll be juggling red, white and blue balls that glow in the dark or their light up or whatever. And that's sponsored by Mike from Dacota Raydon Mitigation. Big thank you,

sir. And then ten pm the Moment you've all been waiting for fireworks set to music on Sunday ninety three point three, So you can listen in your car if you want to, but we encourage you to come into the grandstand and watch the fireworks show. It's free courtesy of MarketBeat dot Com and car Swap. And I can't say thank you enough to those two. Oh exactly when we took over this we wouldn't not able to do this without. Yeah, when we took over this event, that was a game to have

those two amazing partners. And again, thank you, thank you, thank you. And in addition to that, we've added another new thing this year. Danica Michael's amazing musician from this area, will be performing during the Comfort King after party. And yeah, so right when the fireworks are done, you don't have to scoot, you don't have to leave, you can stick

around and enjoy the music. We also have the sux Falls Police Department running the lights on Twelfth Street and Madison Avenue, so they're going to help people get out a whole lot quicker. So if you've maybe avoided coming to the fireworks show in the past, join us tonight now. If there's a torrential downpour tonight. It'll be tomorrow night and we will update you. Yeah.
