I am excited to have Christa joining us from the VA and we're going to talk right now about National Salute to Patient Veterans Week, which is coming up next week.
Let's talk a little bit about what this is and when it is.
Yeah, so this happens every year this year from February ninth to February fifteenth, and we are celebrating our veteran patients at the Suvalls VA and we have a bunch of events that we are doing to celebrate our impatients and we really try to express our heartfelt gratitude to each veteran that comes to our VA, and our commitment is to really provide the highest quality and comprehensive healthcare
tailor to the unique needs of our veterans. And we really understand the sacrifices that our veterans and their loved ones have made and we're here to really ensure that they receive the best possible care during their time with the VA. So really, throughout this week, we have various activities and events to show our appreciation and respect for our veterans, and together we really want to recognize and honor their contributions to the veteran community, reflect their service
and commitment to our nation. And we also want to recognize volunteering within the community and the VA. So we're really raising the awareness for that and really trying to make people understand what we do for our volunteering and how to volunteer, sign up for volunteer, and how to donate as well.
