I reached out to Fran from HEALTHCNNEC, who is on the phone with me right now, and I said, hey, I would love to have you guys involved in this, and then you kind of took the thing over, which is awesome, and you've kept it alive. Then you added one in the summer as well. And this has always been a fun event, Fran, but it is even more fun now and tonight is the night for people to come out. If they've never been, tonight is their chance to come check it out for
the first time. Then right, that is.
Correct, Yes, we're going to be tonight. Will be Smosaic on downtown two Falls, right across from the Coliseum or Multicultural Center, and Santa's going to be there, missus, club us, bring the family because there's going to be kid activities to do besides, you know, tasting some of the amazing drinks that people are going to the contestants are presenting to.
All of us, and it's called mocktails because they taste like cocktails. They're really good, but they also have no booze in them. So this is a chance for you. You can come out and drink them, you can bring the kids, they can drink them, and then it's a really cool way for people to get some fun ideas for holiday parties and for sober January. So I think this is just a really fun thing and I've always loved mocktails makes off.
I totally agree with you, John, Yeah, it's a nice alternative for those in our community that alcohol is not not a good friend for them, and let's try some mocktail options. Absolutely, and again, mocktailsmixoff dot com has all of the details, but we'll kind of run through this right now. The contestants get there a little bit earlier, but the door is open for the public five o'clock until about six thirty. That's when you do the sampling and the voting, and then at about six fifty that's when we announced the winners. And somebody's going to win five hundred dollars tonight, somebody else is going to win three hundred, and somebody else
will win one hundred and fifty. And there's also the People's Choice Award, which is really cool and that's kind of the honor to get because that's the one that that's the people's favorite, not the judges. And sometimes it's the same, but sometimes it's different.
Right, absolutely, yep. We have had times where the People's Choice winner has done the same as one of our financial money winners. And just as a reminder is that's the Mosaic which is at five hundred North Main Avenue in SIUs Falls, so right downtown Sue Falls, not far from the level to just end to the Levet Band show. It's just a couple of blocks over from that, straight
over actually sports towards the courthouse. Absolutely we know what you're going to which is why we're doing a Mocktails vent exactly.
And I want to say thank you to Fran and all of the other folks at Health Connective South Dakota that help do this. But you couldn't do it without some help from others. I mean, this is something that several people kind of come together and different organizations come together to
