Ten high schools for across the state of South Dakota are going to compete in the South Dakota Pro Start Invitational, a statewide competition focused on culinary arts and restaurant management administered by the South Dakota Retailers Association. They sent this over to
me the other day. It all kicks off next Tuesday, the twelfth of March. It'll be at the Ramcoda Hotel and Convention Center in here. They're going to have cake decorating and restaurant management starting at eight forty five in the
morning, and then we've got culinary competitions at noon. So the schools that are going to participate Florence High School, Harrisburg High School, here On High School, Madison Central High School, Mitchell Career and Technical Academy, Mowbridge Pollock and Mobridge Pollock High School, Sorry Northeast Technical High School in Watertown, Sioux Falls Career and Technical Academy and Soux Falls Sturgis Brown High School, and the TF Riggs High School in Peer.
