a Hall of Famer Hank Aaron of Major League Baseball legend. At the time, Henry Aaron was a smooth swinging rookie shortstop for the Eau Claire, Wisconsin Bears. The Bears were affiliated with the Atlanta Braves at the time, they were the Milwaukee Braves, and they had drafted Aaron. The Braves thought it would do the young seventeen year old superstars some good to travel to the Northern League with their Wisconsin minor league team, and he was amazing, winning both
the Northern League Rookie of the year and the MVP Award. It's safe to say that year up North, Hank Aaron did well, as he would go on to break many Major League Baseball hitting records, including Babe Ruth's career home run record. Hank Aaron was voted into the MLB Hall of Fame on his very first year of eligibility for the high honor.
