Excited to visit right now with Bill Federer. He is going to be in Sioux Falls this Friday for an event at Grace Baptist Church. Mister Federer, how are you doing, sir. It's great

to be with you. John and I had a chance to meet you when you were in Soue Falls for another event, and I'm excited to see you this Friday. And the thing that's nice I'm looking right now, there's like soup and dessert starts at six pm, and the event begins at seven fifteen, and there's all kinds of fun stuff that's going to be happening. But what will you be speaking about this Friday, Well, socialism. I wrote a book called Socialism the Real History from Plato to the Present, and the

subtitle is how the Deep State capitalizes on crises to consolidate control. So we see all these different crises happening, and we see the answer is always the

same, surrender more your freedoms. And that when you zoom out and you look at history, you're like, this is a pattern all that Plato talked about this even you know, when the British took over India, you have these different kingdoms, and the British would give guns to one kingdom and give guns to another kingdom, but then stir up ancient animosities between the kingdoms, and then when they would fight, they would weaken each other and the British

would conquer both the kingdoms. And they did that again and again and again until they took over all of India. And so in Europe they called it. Karl Marx called it critical theory, where you would study a country and observe all the groups ethnically, economically, racially, religiously, and then you would call some victims and others oppressors, hasn't have nots, and you would

pit them against each other. And when the dissension got big enough, people would want someone to come in and restore order and they would surrender their freedoms.

And so this is during the Cold War, you saw this pattern over and over again where KGB agents would come into you know, former countries in Europe that were trying to get back on their feed or India, and they would observe the groups, pit them against each other, co opt the media to blame the leader of the country, and then when the panic got bad enough, they would do or their coup or their rigged election. And so these tactics have been perfected, and now they're being used against us on our

own soil. And when you tell and explain this, it's like pulling the curtain back on the Wizard of Oz. You see the old man behind the curtain. It's like, okay, it loses its control over you once you can expose it well. And it's the same song, just a different verse. This has been happening over and over and over. Some of the details are a little bit different, but a lot of it is the same type of thing. And we've seen this not just recently, but this has been

going on, like you said, for a long long time. Yeah, in Latin America, South America, you know, Europe, even in the Far East. And one of the interesting topics that I bring out on socialism is Plato's the first one that talked about everybody owning everything in common. And

it sounds good till you think it through. Somebody has to be in the government handing out the common stuff, and they're always going to be tempted to want to funnel a little extra to their family and friends on the side and hold back from someone they don't like, and before you know it, it gets discretionary. And the saying is he who holds the purse strings has the

power. Oh yeah, So every attempt at everybody owning everything equally, he always ends up with a deep state bureaucracy passing out favors to their friends, with the most crept guy at the top a dictator. And then people say, well, wasn't the early church socialists. It's like, no, the early Church was the early Church socialism has counterfeit early Church. And the difference is between the word voluntary and involuntary. Absolutely, the early Believers voluntarily sold

their property at the feet of the apostles. They didn't have the Roman government take away their property and lays the feet of pilot. And when they went into the Promised Land, every family was given property. If you own property, you can accumulate stuff. The Bible called that being blessed. And you can give away some of your stuff the Bible call that charity. Well, Karl Marx said, communism can be summed up in one sentence abolition of private

property. And so if you don't own anything, how can you be charitable? How can you give away what you don't have? And so these are topics that need to be exposed because the young people, especially in government schools, are being sold a lot of this stuff only to find out that it's it's a bait and switch again. Our guest right now, William Federer. He'll be in Sioux Falls this Friday. If you'd like to see him, I've got a link online to make it easy to find tickets at Facebook dot

com slash Sunny Radio and Facebook dot com slash Sue Falls news. And as we were talking ahead of time, like I said, I had a chance to meet you while you were in Soux Falls another time, and you had some wonderful books. You've got a bunch of books. How many books have you put out, sir? It's about thirty and these books the thing that I will say, it's almost like reading a textbook. You learn so much. And how long does it take to put something like that together when you're

working on a book. Oh, I'll be working on two or three books for years and then finally it'll come together and I'll get it out. One of the books I did, I decided I would research every single century I've recorded human history to find out what the most common form of government is, all the way back to Samarian tunea form on clay tablets, Egyptian hieroglypics, and the most common form of government is king's gang leaders and power wants to

concentrate, like well, Lord of the Rings the movie. And when power concentrates, it's hierarchical. So if you're friends with the king, you are more equal. If you're not friends with the king, you're less equal. And if you're an enemy of the king, you're dead, it's called treason, or you're a slave. And it's this hierarchical structure, and they keep getting bigger because with military advancements, kings can kill more people, and with

technological advancements they can track more people. Until finally the King of England had the biggest empire on the planet. The sun never set on the British Empire. He had India, Australia, New Zealand on Colngbrits got on a Canada, our patiers permuted Jamaica in America, So our founders broke away from a globalist to one world government king and they flipped it and they made the people the king. So the word citizen is Greek. It means co ruler,

co sovereign, co king. So America has an experiment with the people being the king. It's the bottom up form of government firsts top down. Well, I am excited for the event. I could talk to you for another hour. This is fascinating to me, but if we would like to hear you in person. And this Friday is the day. It's Friday again, January the twelfth, six to nine pm is the total event and it is at Grace Baptist Church of Sue Falls. William, thank you for your time.

I appreciate it, Sir John, look forward to being with you and with all the wonderful people in Shoe Falls. I'm going to throw a link to make it easy for you to find tickets at Facebook dot com Slash Sunny Radio and Facebook dot com slash Sue Falls News. Heidi Show. Very excited to have Brent Baker joining us once again with a little real estate update. And we recently started going through a list of realtor terms and things that maybe you'll hear a realtor talk to you about and you're going, what in the world do these things mean? And what is the next term on our list here? Brent fractional ownership, So what is that? So you might have mom and dad own some property with you, you and your brother. So maybe it's a rental house, and so you've got

multiple parties who have joined together and they're building this little rental empire. So if you've got three people, everybody's got a third or something along that line. But everybody has a fraction of the ownership of this property, which also means they have a fraction of the responsibility for paying it. Interest. Okay, I'm not talking about my interest in a pretty girl or a new pickup, interest in sports, or interest in you know how correct interest is in

financial interest. So interest, when you borrow money, you are going to repay the principal play us the interest or the rent of the money, and so that is a part of your monthly payment. So when you make your house payment, it is made up of the principle interest, taxes, and insurance. But interest is the lion's share when you first start out. Yeah, and a good way to get ahead is to throw extra money. So

then it goes directly to that interest. Correct, So if you can make thirteen payments a year, then you have the potential to shave seven years off your mortgage. Oh wow, and that's money in your pocket. Yeah, absolutely, very nice lease back And so a lease back is sometimes a person needs to sell a property before they can perform on another, or they have

not begun their search for another property. They need a little time. So sometimes a seller will least continue to live there pay rent back to the buyer. We see this quite often commercial properties. Farmers do it a lot. They will sell a property, but they continue to farm it, and so they're leasing it back. But now they are a tenant farmer rather than they no longer own the entity, but they're renting it now. Correct, they still have the use of it. Very nice lean a lean and that does

not mean lean against the wall, lean against the jute box. Aleen is there's a debt. So if you put a new furnace in but you didn't pay the HVAC contractor, that contractor could put a lean against your property. So when your property sells, they get repaid. But a lien is a debt other than your mortgage. Mortgage points also called discount points, so when you're taking it a loan, you can pay extra money to get points by

down or to buy down a lower interest rate. Sometimes the buyer will ask the seller to do this on their behalf so they can get a more affordable mortgage, but there is going to be a fee involved to buy down for a lower rate. NICE Multiple listing service often referred to as the MLS, and so multiple listing service is where all the different area firms realtors put their listings so that all of the other agents can see them and learn the details

of them and share them with their clients. Nice so it's a place to find all of the homes that are listed right now, or land that's listed, or businesses that are listed or whatever whatever that MLS is for. Well, and there's different MLS's for different things. So there's a commercial MLS, there's a couple of those, and that's where you're going to find more of your commercial type listings. Obviously, a person looking for a home does not

care what the local quickstop property is selling for. NICE Pending pending is when you have cleared all the contingencies in your purchase agreement, you are now considered sale pending, so you're just waiting for the day of closing to take place. Nice per diem, the Latin term means per day. So occasionally a loan may not close on time. A purchase does not close on the day that was in the contract. It's late some little complication correct, So sometimes

a seller gets paid a certain amount for every day that it's late. We don't see that very often, but occasionally it does happen because somebody's paying a motel bill or something. Yeah, and again, I think this would be a very good place to take a break, and we'll come back next week and we'll work our way through the list. Brent, if somebody would like to reach out to you this week, what is the best way to get

a hold of you. You can find me at Brent Baker at kW dot com or my number is six to zero five three to one zero zero two nine seven. Very nice.
