a party in the Events Center. People had a lot of fun. Johnny Holme band delivered as always, and I think we might have sold the most tickets ever or at New Year's for a New Year's Eve event. If you were here, it was like unbelievable. We've never had so many people like up and dancing and just enjoying the show like that ever in our history. The nice thing is that party is over, but the parties are just getting started. We got so many fun things that are coming here in twenty twenty
four. Going to talk with Walker about some of those in a bit, but right now, let's talk about the giving back program for January. I think that that is an amazing program every month. But this month, let's talk about what you guys are giving back too. Yeah, this month we're
giving back to Special Olympics of South Dakota. So as always, if you use your Resort Club card, take it up to the Resort club when you come in, give them ten dollars and they'll put ten dollars of slop play on your card, and that ten dollars will go directly towards Special Olympics. I love that. That is really cool and it's a different organization each month's Special Olympics. This month, great organization. If you get a chance,

Alex, congrats on Via partnering with soup Fall's metro buses and all the cool things you guys have coming to town here. I think that's
cool. Yeah, thanks so much for having me John. We're really excited about the partnership with supe Falls and we're off to great starts in the new year. We transition into cover service just a few days ago. Now, the company has been around a long time. You guys are new in this area. But you're not new to this industry at all. You guys are kind of the groundbreakers that are doing this all over the place. Yeah,
that's right. We are partnering with over seven hundred cities around the world at this point and have been doing bringing better technology to cities to help improve their public trendsit now for quite a while. When we're really really excited about the opportunity to do so with sup Faul and something that's kind of new in this area, been doing it just a little while is the on demand service. And you guys are going to make that process a little smoother, a little
easier, and enhance that quite a bit. Let's talk about what the on demand service even looks like. Yeah, definitely, that's a great question. So the man service is it is really part of a growing trend for the most innovative transit sort of approaches or agencies in the United States. And what it is. It's a way to book an on demand shuttle trip or a bus trip through a smartphone application and SAM on Demand, which is the suit
falls on demand service. It's currently just a Saturday only service to cover up for for some times in which there aren't quite as high bus frequencies, and it lets riders to go from corner to corner where they'd like to go, pick them up within a couple of blocks of their their pickup location, and drop them off where they'd like to go, and you book all that.
You can track the entire trip through your smartphone application. It's also available for writers who might not have a smartphone over the phone and it's a really sort of seamless easy process. And part of our division we we've aligned on the suit Falls is that we we would make this on demand service a larger and larger part of the seup falls trends that network over time. So currently just
Saturday service. We'd like to expand that in the months to come, and we'll have more to say hopefully soon on that very nice How far in advance if somebody would like to do the on demand do I need to know a week in advance, a couple of days in advance, an hour in advance, what does that look like? You can do it? It truly is on demand, So if you'd like the book as much as five or ten
minutes in advance, you can do so. We'll usually have a vehicle available for you within a ten maybe sixteen minute most of wait time, so it really is available pretty much on demand, though if you'd like to plan further in advance, we also offer that option, and you can do that if you have an appointment to get to or something else that's a bit more time
sence it. I love that. I feel like that is a great service that's going to be extremely welcome, and I'm glad that you guys are going to expand that and make that even a bigger part of what you do with SU Area Metro and your relationship with them. I love that. Yeah,
we're certainly excited. We think it's part of definitely, as I mentioned, a broader trend we're seeing in the United States where great transit agencies are using a mix of fixed strout buses, the traditional six stout bus, and on demand services together to make sure that they maximize the geography that they can cover in cities, but also just make it easier for writers to use the transit network. And I think we've seen really enthusiastic reception to these sets of services
in other places. If somebody would like to learn more, is there a website they can go to, or maybe the app if they'd like to download that, where do we find the information to do all of that? Yeah, you can download the app in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. It's really easy to download and you can try the on demand service. You can also plan your bus routes right there in the app. So we definitely encourage suit Falls residents to get in there and download that app.
It's going to be hopefully one of their go to apps to write the trend of the network and what do we look for in the app store? Is it under sam like Seweria Metro or what are we looking for in there? Yeah, if you just search for Sewerya Metro and the app store, it should be the first result that pops up. Very very nice.
