I’m back after a wild weekend, nothing kicks off a chaotic few nights like unexpectedly running into your ex - then catching your friends on tour at a live podcast show (shoutout to the 'You Should Know' team). Amid all the partying, I ended up having one of the most reflective weekends I’ve had in a while. Of course, it wouldn’t be a proper week in music without talking about Drake. He’s back (again), this time with a new single featuring Central Cee and another livestream. Then we get into some legal drama: GloRilla was arrested shortly after her home was burglarized—a story that took me back to the time my apartment in Chicago got broken into. We wrap up today with some movie talk: I just saw the new Superman movie and I’ve got thoughts about how the story mirrored the current political climate.
