S02E13: "Suspect" Original Airdate: 1/28/03 When Lionel Luthor is shot, presumably for blocking the sun and cornering the energy market of Spring…er Smallville, all evidence points to Daddy Kent as the primary suspect. But as Clark begins investigating it's clear plenty of people could have done it, including Lex, maybe even Smithers…sorry, Dominic. Does this make Henry Small Lionel Hutz? Did Ethan save his best work for his last case? How was DK allowed to leave Moe's after so many…you know what, I'm done.  It's the one where the baby did it, or the Sheriff.
