Becoming invested in the fate of the caves, as well as falling for the mysterious Kyla, Clark finds himself at odds with his own mother. Meanwhile, Lana learns Henry Small is in fact her father, and Lex becomes interested in the mystery of the caves when he finds a familiar octagonal recess.
