When young people are allowed to run free without any consequences from the family, law enforcement has to step in and protect society from the kids. In 2017 in Tulsa the kids in this area were robbing and killing citizens at an alarming rate. In psychology it is taught that people will continue with an action until something intervenes. Tulsa Police intervened after two deaths, countless thefts and a rape. This one hurt the hardest of the cops.
