Podcast 9: Personal Q&A and Mindset with Isabel Regalado

In this episode I answer some questions about myself. My younger cousin Isabel who’s in 8th grade reached out and told me she wanted to ask me some personal questions that she thought might help her in some areas where she is struggling or was just curious about. I also spend some time with her discussing mindset. She opens about how her negative thoughts and bad habits are making her very unhappy.
