#22 Regretful past and early years of sobriety With Daniel Andrade

In this episode I talk with Daniel Andrade an old homie of mine from back in my teenage years. We both claimed the same neighborhood and partied a lot together. As time went on we started making different decisions which lead us on separate paths. In his story you will learn how he went from drinking and smoking weed while partying to becoming a full blown drug addict. His curiosity of wanting to try coke eventually lead to even harder drugs like Glass and Heroin. Drug use took over Daniels life and to this day he regrets actions he took during those times. After years spent in county jail and a trip to prison, Daniel was given the chance to attend the Salvation Army Rehabilitation Program in Santa Monica. I’ve interviewed other graduates on the Solid Foundation Podcast from the same Program and from what I’ve learned, it’s a powerful place of healing. I truly hope that Daniel, like the other men I’ve interviewed before him becomes a productive member of society and has the heart to help others in need. Daniel is just over 3 years sober and knows he has a long journey ahead of him, but like he says...all he can do is take it day by day. With that being said, I hope you find value in this episode.
