I love to talk tech + beauty -in large measure because of the amazing efficiencies the right tech can bring to salons and pros. But what we don't talk about enough are the potential downsides to tech - and top of that list for me are the distractions from our work being caused across the industry by the misuse of social media AND our devices while 'on the job'.
