203. Ally Schlegel - Chicago Red Stars

Today on the podcast we have Chicago Red Star's Ally Schlegel. Ally talks about enjoying the process of becoming a pro, enjoying putting more intentions in everything she does off the field to make her more successful like; nutrition, sleep, recovery, film, journal etc. We also loved hearing how she is able to play with freedom and joy and not let the fear of failing hold her back. And Ally reminded us of important advice she got from one of her coach's that your bring value to your team when your not scoring goals, you can't focus solely on that aspect of your game to determine your success.
