Easy and safe access to your home is very important when selling it. It’s one thing we always go over with sellers on our listing presentation. How do we ensure this for our sellers’ homes?
We put a Supra lockbox on it. A Supra lockbox on the front door provides two things. The first is easy access to your home. A good portion of buyers only have a small window of opportunity, and will skip your house if it’s not easily accessible.
The second thing it provides is security. Only real estate agents can access these lockboxes. It’s more secure to have agents use them, even if you’re at home. We always tell our clients to have their agent use the lockbox to get the key rather than ask for their business card. Anyone can make a fake business card, but only an agent who is registered with Supra can open this lockbox.

If you are thinking of buying or selling a home, call or email us and we’ll schedule a free real estate consultation. Thanks, and have a great day.
