Trevor Varvatos and Sparrow Softwind arrive in Tarin. Lucius "Forte" black gets lost in memories. Tango Honeypot makes a surprising friend and a whole boatload of enemies. Trevor cleans up the streets of Tarin, while Forte and Sparrow find themselves stuck holding the bag when the Broken Bells come calling.
